Design development
Developed plans, elevations and sections for your project. At this stage we involve structural engineers and expertise as required and get a clear estimate of cost. This stage involves lots of consultation to ensure you are confident with the final design.
Contract documentation
Detailed and accurate drawings and specifications, used to request tender or quotation. During this stage we prepare and submit documents to the relevant authority for building approval.
Contract administration
Oversee the completion of the project and liaise with builders and trades people.
