Leander Crickmay
Leander Crickmay is a Registered Architect with more than twenty years experience in the design and building profession.
She designed Commercial and Domestic projects for prestigious firms in South Africa, including Stauch Vorster Architects International, before immigrating to Australia in 2001 where she worked with Perth based Parry and Rosenthal Architects.
In 2014 Leander and her family fell in love with the costal community of Horrocks Beach. At this time she saw a need for quality personalised architectural services for regional and remote people and settings in Western Australia.
Leander’s work focuses on simplicity with intelligent use and reuse of common materials to create inspiring environmentally sensitive spaces. She believes regional Western Australians do not need to settle for inferior quality homes at inflated costs due to their location.
